Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Buyer”, or “Publisher”) and Rankerzpost, operated by 810 D.F.S. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), regarding your access to and use of rankerzpost.com and its associated services, marketplace catalog, and escrow processing.
By registering an account, purchasing guest post placements, or listing your publications on our network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
Section 2
Marketplace Architecture & Escrow Protection
Rankerzpost functions as an intermediary marketplace and escrow facilitator:

Escrow Custody: When an order is created, the Buyer’s payment is deposited into secure escrow. Funds are not disbursed to the Publisher until the guest post is verified live, meeting all stated metrics, anchor text, and DOFOLLOW standards.

Independent Contractor Status: Publishers participating in the marketplace are independent contractors and media owners. Rankerzpost does not own third-party publication domains unless explicitly marked.

Buyer Terms & Order Conditions
Buyers using Rankerzpost agree to the following terms:

Legitimate Target URLs: Buyers warrant that all target URLs, landing pages, and anchor text comply with international laws and do not contain malware, malicious software, unauthorized adult content, or deceptive practices.

Editorial Approval: While publishers commit to DOFOLLOW placement, they retain the standard right to make minor grammatical edits to client-provided drafts to ensure stylistic harmony with their audience.
✓
Irrevocability Upon Verification: Once an order is published matching the specified anchor text, target URL, and metric criteria, the order is complete and non-reversible.
Section 4
Publisher Obligations & Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Webmasters and publishers listing publications agree to uphold our strict Quality Protocol:

Authentic Ownership & Authority: Publishers warrant that listed domains represent genuine web properties with authentic organic search traffic. Private blog networks (PBNs) or link farms are strictly prohibited.

Permanent Placement Warranty: Guest posts must remain published live permanently in body text with permanent DOFOLLOW attributes for a minimum guaranteed duration of 365 days.
3.
Turnaround Time (TAT): Publishers must fulfill accepted orders within their listed turnaround window (typically 24h, 48h, or 3–5 days). Failure to deliver on time permits the buyer to cancel for an immediate 100% refund.

Indexable URLs: Articles must be published on clean, canonical, indexable URLs accessible by search engine crawlers.
Section 5
Publisher Earnings & Payout Terms
Publishers define their own net asking price. Upon automated verification of live placement:
100% Net Payout Guarantee: Rankerzpost does not deduct surprise platform percentage fees from the publisher’s agreed asking price. Payouts are released via PayPal, Wise, Bank Wire, or Payoneer within 24–48 hours of live link verification.

Prohibited Content & Marketplace Misuse
You may not use the marketplace to publish or promote:
✕Illegal weapons, substances, or non-prescription pharmaceuticals.
✕Phishing schemes, malware distributors, or predatory financial products.
✕Defamatory, libelous, hate speech, or infringing content.
Section 7
Disclaimer of Search Engine Algorithmic Results
Search engine positioning is determined by proprietary third-party algorithms (e.g. Google, Bing) evaluated against hundreds of external variables. While Rankerzpost guarantees the authenticity of publisher metrics, permanent in-content DOFOLLOW attributes, and Google indexation, we explicitly disclaim any guarantee of specific numerical search rankings or revenue increases.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Termination
Rankerzpost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including publishers who drop links post-payment or buyers who submit chargebacks without first engaging our dispute resolution desk.
Section 9
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
In the event of an order dispute, both Buyer and Publisher agree to submit to Rankerzpost’s internal mediation desk prior to initiating external chargeback claims. Our decision regarding placement compliance, link restoration, or refund issuance is final based on verified technical inspection.
